Basically, Calcium GANS can be produced by the Caustic (NaOH) method, or the Methods with CO2 GANS, or by Replication Units (for Calcium GANS water).

Sources of Calcium:

Calcium can be obtained from different sources. Here it is important to distinguish whether it is Calcium from e.g. cuttlefish bones and chicken bones OR the GANS of Salts of Calcium (which e.g. can be made out of Calcium Citrit).

To make sure that Calcium GANS meets the expected properties, it should be used from cuttlefish or chicken bones. These have proven to be very suitable, but there are other natural sources of Calcium as well.

The cuttlefish bones can be scraped on their soft side with a spoon. The scraped, soft part, which is already in the GANS state, is then ground with a mortar. The powder can then be integrated into a CO2 GANS production or added to the CO2 GANS afterwards. Chicken bones can also be crushed, or simply integrated as a whole into an existing GANS production. (More detailed instructions: Methods of making all other GANSes)

If Calcium GANS is produced from salts, such as e.g. Calcium Citrate, then GANS is produced from the salt of Calcium, which may have similar but also different properties.
