On 15th of November during the 250th Knowledge Seekers Workshop, Mehran T. Keshe has shared in public part of the knowledge taught in the private teachings.

The body of the man is a cycle of the evolution of the man. If you look at our brain it is in two halves and our body is in two halves and in the process of the knowledge the right side of the brain works with the left side of the body, while the left side of the brain works with the right side of the body. If we stand still for a second and we think about the next dimension. We have the soul of the man (Figure 1, A) and we have the heart of the man (Figure 1, B).

Looking a step forward, in the world of present science, in the present understanding of the world of creation of the man there is part of the knowledge missing and as it was never understood, it has never been extended. The teachings are offered freely for anyone to understand and now we add to the knowledge in the hope that current medical professionals will receive an amazing insight into the operation of the body of the man. Those who work with psychosomatic knowledge, this is an essential part of their work.

The sleep patterns. Why do we sleep one 4 hours cycle? What happens to the other second 4 hours cycle? Why do we need two cycles of 4 hours to sleep and why some of us can sleep one cycle only? The answer is simple.

Those of us who are knowledgeable in the science of the body of the man know one thing. The lung of the man and the nose of the man work one at a time in the space-time. When the left nostril works, the other one rests. when one lung works the other lung rests.

“Each cycle of the living in the life of the man is literally collectively dictated by this. One four hours the left side sleeps, one four hours the right one sleeps; which means the man will always be alert. This is why you can wake up in the time of danger.

Figure 1. A. Soul of the Man; B. Heart; C. Blue area show right brain hemisphere operating the left side of the body; D. Red are shows left brain hemisphere operating the right side of the body.

Why you actually go through the whole process of waking up after four hours and going to sleep is a handover from the left side to the right side of the brain.”

Now we understand why we have four hours of rest and we have two of them. One four hours is for the left side of the hemisphere which controls the right side of the body and the other side is for the right side that hemisphere of the brain which controls the left. But in that process, the soul of the man is all the time alive and working. This has been a mystery of science, now we understand. When you sleep one cycle of 4 hours you need instead of seconds gap, a 24 hours gap. So this time, in this cycle part 1 sleeps (Figure 1, C) tomorrow the part 2 sleeps (Figure 1, D). It brings a lot of clarity of vision.

People at the point of power, many powerful men, many people in governmental levels, world leaders go through this cycle because the soul does not trust the people who work for the leader. Many people sleep for 4 hours. We work this way. It is important that medical professionals understand how to use the presence of the soul of the man at all times to change the illnesses. Why they are successful sometimes and why they are not successful sometimes.

Those who go through the medical application for health processing have to understand this because if it is tuned to the same hours all the time only some developments are observed. Times have to change in different durations that can cover both sides. Part of the reasons that some of the doctors processing does not succeed is that the cycle of 4 hours has not been understood, it is not considered important.

It is the most vital because in the same process for example if every day at six o'clock we take an inhaler we only cover one side of the nose. What happens with the other side of the nose then?

“Now you understand the extent of missing knowledge in the science or the physicality of the man and this sleeping pattern is the cornerstone of the whole operation of the man. The duration and time and time-space gap has to be understood then you understand the operation of the soul of the man.”

When you wake up in the middle of the night then you go back to asleep again always around about the same time but you just switch over without actually physically waking up, you are handing over the operation from this right side of the brain to the left or side of the brain but the soul operation has not changed.

The Sun does not change its strength of his light if you are on the back of the Earth or facing the Sun.
